How do I determine my correct size for Manitobah mukluks?
Our mukluks and moccasins generally run true to size, but since natural suede and leather stretch over time, we recommend sizing down if you are between sizes for a snug, comfortable fit.
Are your products waterproof or water-resistant?
While many of our winter boots are treated with a waterproof sealant during production, our traditional suede products are water-resistant but not fully waterproof. We recommend applying a high-quality protector spray once a season.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original packaging. Simply visit our online returns portal to generate a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

Yes, our winter-specific mukluks are designed for cold-weather performance. However, to maintain the integrity of the natural materials, avoid wearing them in slushy or heavily salted conditions.
