At Manitobah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are unworn and in their original packaging, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of the delivery date.
Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your unworn items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of the package.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
